Our Vision for Mental Health Care

We believe no teenager should have to choose between getting mental health care and living their life

Traditional intensive treatment programs force an impossible choice: uproot your life to get help, or struggle alone. This approach was designed in the 1970s, before the internet existed. Today, we can do better.

We're building what should have existed all along: intensive mental health care that fits into your life, not the other way around. Where you can:

• Get professional help while staying in school
• Build connections without leaving your community
• Access support from your own home
• Keep your daily routine and activities
• Stay close to family and friends

This isn't just about making treatment more convenient—it's about making it more effective. Because we believe the best mental health care happens when you can practice new skills and strategies in your real life, with your real support system, in real time.

FAQs

What exactly is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

An IOP is a level of care between weekly therapy and hospitalization. Our program provides 9 hours of structured treatment per week, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family support—all delivered online.

How do I know if this is right for me/my teen?

Our program is designed for teens struggling with moderate to severe anxiety or depression, where weekly therapy isn't enough but hospitalization feels too extreme. Schedule a call with our care team for a free assessment.

What does the schedule look like?

Sessions are scheduled around school hours, typically in late afternoon or early evening. The 9 weekly hours are spread across 3-4 days, with a mix of individual therapy, group sessions, and family work.

How long does the program last?

The standard program runs for 10 weeks, but length can be adjusted based on individual progress and needs.

What about school? Won't this interfere with classes?

No—we specifically designed the program to work around school hours. Many participants find their academic performance improves as they develop better coping skills.

How do the online groups work?

Groups are small (6-8 teens) and matched by age and shared experiences. Sessions are live, interactive, and facilitated by licensed therapists through secure video.

What involvement do parents have?

Parents participate in weekly family sessions and receive regular updates on progress. We believe family support is crucial for lasting change.
