About the Role
As Clinical Director at Kin Therapy, you’ll lead our clinical team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver virtual intensive outpatient programs to teens. You’ll ensure high-quality care delivery, develop clinical protocols, and mentor our growing team of therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for our virtual IOP program
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and group facilitators
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with our technology team to enhance our virtual care platform
- Monitor clinical outcomes and program effectiveness
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in strategic planning for clinical program development
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed clinical psychologist, LCSW, or equivalent with active license
- 7+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Experience with adolescent mental health treatment
- Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience with intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred
- Experience with virtual or telehealth care delivery
- Background in program development and implementation
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with quality assurance in mental health settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records and digital health platforms

Location
This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with flexibility for partial remote work.
